As a courtesy to all our patients, we always assist with the filing of all state required documents pertaining to caregiver/patient dealings and will notify our patients of your renewal date to ensure your status in the MMMP does not lapse causing a legal quandry for our dealings.

We are located in beautiful Madison County and currently serve all of Montana. We have a Patient Care & Education Center that is available for our patients as a daily resource to get their medicine, we also have scheduled deliveries throughout the state.
