- Your medical marijuana is intended for you, the patient, only. Redistributing your medicine could result in the loss of your right to obtain your medical marijuna and/or in the violation of state laws governing the Montana Medical Marijuana Program.

- Our Medical Marijuana Caregiver Patients agree that the services they are consuming are for their own personal medicinal use only.

- We follow Montana Medical Marijuana Act (MT Initiative No. 148) and do not deviate. Please respect that we follow state law by not asking us to do anything against the law. We will always return this behavior by never doing anything that will risk your right, as a patient, to obtain your medical marijuana in a timely fashion.

- No personal checks will be accepted for any reason. At this time, we are only accepting cash as payment. In the future we may consider electronic payment methods such as Credit/Debit Card payments.

- Payment is due at the time services are received. We do not offer credit, tabs, etc. If you do not have the correct dollar amount for the amount of medicine you requested, you will not receive any medicine.

- As a courtesy to us, we ask that all patients please notify us, via phone or email, if they are either leaving the program or changing caregivers so that we may remove your 6 plants from our grow operation.

- This program, and all patients ability to obtain their medical cannabis, depends on both our integrity and yours.

- Due to the exact verbiage of the Montana Medical Marijuana Act, it is currently against the state law for a caregiver to start supplying a patient with medicine "until the patients card arrives in the hands of the caregiver."   Currently, cards are taking up to 7 weeks to be processed.  We understand that this may create a hardship for our patients but we must abide by the Montana Medical Marijuana Act and expect our patients to understand this and do the same.  Abiding by current laws ensures this privledge continues to be available to those patients that need it. 

- We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at anytime for any reason.
